Web-Based Remote Support without Pre-Installed Software

Remote support for home or business users can provide a swift resolution of some of the more common computer problems found without the need of a technicians visit. Remote support provides a cost efficient way of dealing with faulty computer systems and can also be used to provide coaching and training for those "how do I do.." situations.

How it works
Call 01452 540941 and request a remote support session. We will then issue you with a six digit pin code which you enter into the box on the left (there is also a remote support box on the home page). Click connect to technician and you will be asked if you want to run some software click run and then when asked click run again.
After a few moments you will be asked if you agree to us taking control of your computer. If you agree we will be able to see your screen and operate your computer remotely. One obvious thing to note if you are having internet connection issues we will not be able to carry out a remote support session.
This remote support software provides you with interactive chat and detailed session history, prompts to deny or permit the technician access to all functions and file transfer to and from the technician.
With your agreement we are able to load an unattended client onto your computer so we can access the system after hours to make the repair and therefore not disrupt your day. This access can be revoked by you at anytime. We can also ask you to type your password into a generated box so we can reboot without you needing to be there and without you ever revealing your password to us.
Unless you have asked for us to load the unattended client once the support session has finished the remote software uninstalls itself from your computer.
If you already have an account with us remote support is charged at your normal hourly rate minimum charge 20 minutes, new customers will need to make payment in advance of a pin code being issued.
